Sooper Saver provides premium, halal-certified meat delivery (including chicken, mutton, and beef). Our service connects you with local butchers and facilitates the rapid delivery of fresh meat products directly to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Area and Terms

Delivery is strictly restricted to a 6km radius around our physical shop in Bedford, UK, to ensure product freshness and safety. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed outside this delivery zone.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing an order. If you receive an incorrect or compromised product, you must contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is present to receive the order at the specified time. We are not responsible for spoiled items if you are unavailable to receive your delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sooper Saver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
